DESIGN NOTES: The eagle represents strength, courage, and power. The cross in the center of the shield represents Arminger’s religious faith. The Pen and key represent the Armiger’s academic and professional honors and published works. Bottom left are the pilot wings which the Armiger was awarded as an Air Force Pilot. The flaming brazier in the bottom right represents the Armiger’s faith. The supporters represent the two knightly orders to which he belongs. The motto, Fides Ginit Virtutem, means “Faith generates strength”.
